Tramp & Tumbling Program

CC Flips’ Trampoline and Tumbling classes are designed for athletes who want to ramp up their tumbling skills! This class is also great for athletes in other sports to develop coordination and increase motor skills. Many baseball, basketball, volleyball and soccer players have benefited from these classes.

By working progressions on Tumble Trak, Trampoline and the Spring Floor, your athlete will improve their coordination, increase motor skills and develop strength and flexibility important not only to gymnastics, but other sports as well. This class is great as a single class or as an addition to a current class. Athletes moving to our Tramp and Tumbling from other programs may request an evaluation to determine the level that fits their current skill base. Reservations for evaluations can be made by calling our offices.
