The Capital City Flips Experience

Capital City Flips Gymnastics exists to provide gymnastics and related sports instruction in a professional, progressive, innovative and family friendly environment. The company utilizes the newest trends in the sport along with professional business practices to ensure the greatest customer experience and quality in the industry.

Children’s Activity Management Incorporated who is the parent company of CC Flips, currently has locations in both Minnesota and Iowa. There are two Classic Gymnastics facilities in Minnesota. We also have two locations in Iowa under our TRIAD Kids Campus brand.

We offer top notch instruction for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Many of our gymnasts move on to compete at the collegiate level and numerous have earned college scholarships which is a testament to our program’s success! We are proud to be a family friendly facility that focuses on both the physical and mental wellness of our athletes.

In 2021 CAM, Incorporated brought its Capital City Flips brand to Michigan. CC Flips purchased a program that has celebrated 25 years of local, regional, national, and international success. It is our goal to build and even improve upon that storied legacy. We look forward to serving the mid Michigan community and providing our students, families and staff with world class product and service. Here’s to the next 25 years!
